Sean is a seasoned executive with an extensive 33-year career in the propane industry. Beginning his journey as a manager trainee, Sean immersed himself in every aspect of the business, from delivering gas and setting tanks to installing gas equipment and handling the back-office duties of customer service representatives. This hands-on approach provided him with invaluable insights and a deep understanding of the operational intricacies of the propane business.

Sean’s dedication and hard work propelled him through the ranks, attaining roles of increasing responsibility and leadership. He advanced from manager trainee to District Manager, then to Regional Vice President, followed by VP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately, to his current role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Throughout his ascent, Sean has demonstrated a relentless commitment to learning from both his own mistakes and the experiences of others, refining his expertise in successfully running a business. He has developed a keen sense of what practices lead to success and which pitfalls to avoid.

Central to Sean’s leadership philosophy are his core values, which revolve around safety, employees, customers, and communities. These principles guide his decisions and actions, ensuring that each step taken is in the best interest of those he serves. His ability to relate to employees at all levels stems from his firsthand experience in their roles, earning their trust and respect. Sean’s integration experience is significant, and he has perfected a proven process that minimizes changes for employees and customers. He adheres to a litmus test whereby no changes “should” be made unless they positively impact employees and customers.

Sean ultimate goal is to provide peace of mind to both employees and customers, fostering an environment of trust, reliability, and unwavering support. Under his leadership, the company continues to thrive, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and community well-being.
